Suzannah sees a home long before construction begins—not just how it will look, but how it will flow, function, and feel to live in every day.
Her path to homebuilding brings together an unusual mix of leadership, planning, construction knowledge, and design. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a former Army Logistics Officer, Suzannah learned early in her career how much successful outcomes depend on thoughtful planning, clear communication, and attention to detail.
After leaving the Army, she entered real estate and eventually found her way into residential construction, where she discovered a natural fit between the analytical side of building and her love of good design. Her experience has since touched nearly every part of the preconstruction process—from purchasing, estimating, permitting, and architectural and structural plans to floorplan development, interior selections, and project planning.
At Old Glory Homes, Suzannah works closely with homeowners from the earliest stages of their project. She helps evaluate homesites, develop and refine floorplans, establish priorities, navigate selections, and bring all the individual decisions together into a home that feels intentional and cohesive.
She is especially passionate about right-sized homes that live beautifully—spaces that feel elevated without being excessive, function exceptionally well, and reflect the people who call them home. To Suzannah, thoughtful design isn't about adding more. It's about making better decisions about what matters.
While Suzannah focuses on how a home looks, flows, and lives, Jarrod focuses on how it is constructed, performs, and endures. Together, they bring those two perspectives under one roof—and remain personally involved throughout the process.
For Suzannah, a successful home isn't simply beautiful on move-in day. It's a home that continues to feel right years later.

Jarrod brings a hands-on, practical approach to every Old Glory home. An Air Force veteran with a background that includes electrical work, sales, and firefighting, he has spent his career in roles where attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and accountability matter.
At Old Glory, Jarrod leads construction in the field. He works closely with trade partners, monitors progress and workmanship, helps resolve issues before they become bigger problems, and keeps each home moving toward the standard Old Glory expects.
His approach is straightforward: build it right, pay attention to the details, and never lose sight of the fact that someone is trusting you with their home.
While Suzannah focuses heavily on how a home is planned, designed, and experienced, Jarrod focuses on how those ideas come together in the field—how the home is constructed, how the details are executed, and how it will perform for years to come.
Together, they give Old Glory homeowners something increasingly difficult to find: the people behind the company are personally involved in the home they're building.
